1 question to ask yourself today

Am I meeting all my basic human needs?

The word ‘basic‘ being key here. This is about the essential things that make you feel grounded and whole.

This is the kind of stuff that slips as soon as things get busy, or when we’re feeling shitful, and having a tough time.

Think…

having a shower,

eating nourishing foods that make you feel good inside,

wearing clothes that make you feel comfortable,

getting outdoors into some fresh air,

getting enough sleep,

spending time with connecting with others,

~ that sort of thing.

It might sound simple, but this is the ground level stuff to treating your body more kindness.  This is where self-care begins.
