It's taken time to find my rhythm when it comes to curating zines centered around mental health and body image.
I'm learning every day and have big dreams to grow our zines collection, to represent more and more of the variety of things different bodies might experience.
Zines being such independent media—handmade, small print runs, created far and wide— it's what makes zine so unbelievably unique but sometimes trickier to find. I'm thrilled with every zine that finds its way here, and privileged that zine-creators trust thankubody to help represent their important work.
The other thing that's been amazing this month, is the emails received from readers telling me that they're planning to create their zine! So awesome, and it brings a deep smile every time.
In other news, October Breast Cancer Awareness month; I've created a collection of breast-related zines here and will be donating a portion of all sales this month to breastcancer.org.
