The holiday season is upon us. If you're planning on some gift-giving, I've chosen some of my favorite self-love gifts to help share a little positivity, creativity, and relaxation this holiday-time.
The best bit is they're all well under $10.
1. thankubody - You Matter Button $2.00
Buttons offer a cool way to share positive thoughts and messages. They're great collector's items because you can wear them, pop them on backpacks and lanyards, use them on the fridge, give them as party favors, and more. A little accessory, with big self-love message.
2. Simply AC Boutique - Bath Bomb $6.95
The thing that is fabulous about giving bath bombs as gifts is that it's the ultimate gift of relaxation! The combination of salts, natural oils work together to re-energize and wake up the senses. I fell in love with these handmade bath bombs by Simply AC Boutique. They come in different sizes to suit a variety of budgets and have 40 different types too.
3. thankubody - 70 Acts of Self-Care Mini-zine $2.50
My most popular zine this season and my personal favorite are 70 Acts of Self Care. This tiny zine expands to a handy self-care resource with 70 ways you can include self-care into your day. This baby is so small that you can pop it in a card and send to a friend or add it to a stocking. It's a little gift with a powerful self-love message.
4. Bliss Balm - Watermelon Butter Slime $4.99 (2 Oz)
I had a client give me some handmade thinking putty once and loved it. They're great to assist with focus, stress relief, and relaxation. I use them when writing. This butter slime by Bliss Balm looks good enough to eat! (not recommended to eat though :) It comes in a range of sizes to suit different budgets, and you can also get a small sample pot to try too.
The perfect positive body gift. This zine has 40 affirmations on the different ways why your body is magical and awesome! Build greater appreciation for your body with this self-love gift.
6. Who I Am Design - Journalling Cards $2.00
I'm a fan of journaling and other creative activities to support relaxation. I fell in love with these fun patterned journaling cards. You can use them for scrapbooking, collage, adding to your journal, making greeting cards, or use as gift tags too. These journaling cards come in patterned on 1 or 2 sizes and are perfect for getting handmade creations happening.
7. Girl and Cat Studio - Take Up Space Vinyl Sticker $3.69
Just like buttons, positive stickers make great gifts that you can easily pop in the post to send to friends and loved ones. I liked this Take-Up Space Vinyl sticker by Girl and Cat Studio. Stick them somewhere prominent as a reminder that your body and you deserve to take up as much space as you need in this world.
