9 numbers that DO matter

Yesterday was about the 9 numbers that don't matter. But these are the numbers that do matter when it comes to appreciating yourself and your body. 

The number of times you got back up after suffering a blow.

The number of times you said “I’m going to try anyway” even if you might fail.

The number of times you take time out for yourself. 

The number of times you connect with your like-minded community. 

The number of times you celebrate the things you are as opposed things you think you're not.

The number of times you speak out for what you believe in. 

The number of times you prioritise your wellbeing

The number of times you say “thank you body, I know you do your best.”

And the number of times you say “I am enough.”
