What to do when you feel like your body has let you down

I reflected yesterday that Mothers Day is a tough day for many. And it’s something I haven’t addressed here in depth on the blog.

That is, what do you do when you feel like your body has let you down?

Whatever our circumstance infertility, miscarriage, physical or mental illness, injury or questioning our identity in this world. There’s a good chance we’ll experience difficulties where the loyalty of our own body questioned at some point in our life.

So an important topic and one I don’t want to gloss over in one night. So starting tomorrow, I want to spend time to chat about ways to get through this period. And I’ll kick things off with
