What to do when self-doubt sets in

Pause,

Reflect on what’s happening at this moment in time.

Then start by asking these questions....

Am I trying to be too perfect? 

Am I comparing myself to someone else? 

Am I pushing too hard and not giving myself a chance to breathe? 

Am I looking after my basic needs, and treating myself with the compassion my body deserves? 

Are my expectations realistic? 

No matter the cause,

Take a short pause, do something nice for you, re-set

      And then…

Keep going, 

Set a small, achievable, task for today…. and….. take another step forward.

Repeat if necessary….. tomorrow.
