The events over the last months have taken us all by surprise. I wanted to take a moment to check-in that you are safe and okay. 

A gentle reminder if news and media are impacting you, it's okay to practice self-care and switch off. And always seek out additional support if needed.  If you've got questions on how to support body image during these extraordinary times, don't hesitate to reach out

Below are questions you may have about shipping, orders and measures thankubody are taking to protect us and you during Covid-19. 

 

Are you still shipping orders? 

Yes, we ship orders daily and you can expect your zines to be shipped to you within 1-2 days on receipt of your order.

Should I expect any mail delivery delays?  

As a result of Covid-19 there may be some delay in mail delivery. Rest assured we’ll keep you updated along the way as we monitor carrier information. Please feel free to send us a message if you have any questions.

Domestic (US) Orders

Mail delivery of USPS priority mail and packages services may encounter temporary delays of up to 1 to 2 days due to limitations in transportation in some areas. 

International Orders

Due to disruptions from COVID-19 there may be potential shipping delays for international orders with your local delivery carrier in some international locations. 

 

 

What Covid-19 safety measures are you taking?

All thankubody work remains remote in the home studio observing shelter-in-place and social distancing guidelines. Business activities like trips to the post office or purchasing new supplies make use of remote and curbside pickup services to kept us all safe.
