Q: What is a Zine? 

A:  Zines (z-ee-n) are independent small-press publications that have a small distribution. They come in all shapes, sizes, and genres and have become a big part of our popular culture due to their ability for zine makers (zinesters) to freely express themselves and share ideas.  

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We do. Gift cards are available in a variety of denominations from $5 - $20 to suit any budget and can be used on all zines, journals, and workbooks available in our online store. For more details visit the thankubody Zines Gift Card. 

Q: Can I buy zines to add to my subscription box? 

A: Absolutely, zines published by thankubody Zines can be ordered for subscription boxes. For further details and wholesale pricing please contact Kim at  


Orders and Shipping


Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes, we ship zines worldwide from California, USA. We offer shipping options from USPS and DHL. USPS is the most cost effective for international shipping.  Visit our shipping and delivery page for more information. 


Q: How long will it take to receive my zine? 

A: Our zines are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) within 1-2 business days and delivery timeframe range between 3-6 business days for U.S. orders, and 9-21 business days for international orders. 


Q: Does my order come with a tracking number? 

A: Many of our smaller zines orders are able to be sent via USPS First Class Mai which doesn't include tracking. This keeps the shipping pricing accessible for our customers. However, depending on the weight and number of zines ordered we will upgrade to a tracked shipping service if it's needed. 

We also offer shipping via tracked shipping services including USPS Media Mail, First Class Package mail and USPS Priority Mail during checkout. This tracking information will be sent via your shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped.   

We've found both USPS mail and package services to be very reliable delivery services. 


Q: I am a certified non-profit organization am I able to do a tax-exempt order? 

A: Yes! If your organization qualifies for tax-exemptions, please contact us at for more information and to set up a tax exempt account. 


General Inquiries


Q: What organizations do you donate to?  

A: Proceeds from zine sales are donated each quarter. We currently support One Common Unity, a non-profit organization supporting youth affected by violence and poverty through art and music programs that amplify their creative voice and bring about social change. Read more about One Common Unity

Q: Will you distribute my zine?

A: If you have a zine on a topic relating to mental health, body image, or self-care that you think would be a good fit, we'd love to hear from you and support your work.
